This is the most amazing book i have ever red about astronomy!! I like it so much..Ive red a couple of other ones, but this one is so good written, in a very easily understanding and interesting way, and the pictures are incredible, and its really up to - data, Big congrats for the autor!!

The Way It Works
Hi there, my mum brought me a copy of 'The Way it Works' published on St Michael books no less, about 25 years ago. I loved and cherrished that book, it was one of the key influences that lead me to become the engineer I am today. Roll on 2008, I still have the book and just re-read the communications chapter. Well funny with hindsight, bless you, none of us where to know where this was all heading at the time. Thanks Robin, I owe you one.

I just read the Hubble book. I really liked your writing style... kind of weirdly humorous and easy to read, but still packed with data. Greetings from Texas!
